Joe is the Joint Manager of Little Industries. He was born and raised in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and began working for the family business at the age of 15. His leisure pursuits include collecting vintage holdens and spending time with his family.

Alan is the Joint Manager of Little Industries. He has lived and worked in the goldfields his whole life. He shares a passion for collecting vintage Holdens with brother Joe. He has travelled extensively around Australia in his bus stopping to visit his grandchildren who live in rural Victoria.
Wayne Little
Workshop Manager

Wayne grew up in Kambalda and previously worked for Little Industries in 1995-1999 before moving to Sydney. Wayne moved to Perth in 2004 to become the Welshpool Depot's Workshop Manager. Wayne's two sons keep him busy and he is also a mad keen North Melbourne supporter.

Dale has joined us in early 2006 as our Accounts Clerk. She loves cricket, is a golf enthusiast and a loyal follower of the Fremantle Dockers.
Rosalie Fyfe
Administration Manager

Rosalie works as Administration Manager in the Welshpool office. Rosalie grew up in Kalgoorlie and now lives in Perth. When she's not at work she is a keen rock 'n roll dancer.
Bruce Budrey
Boiler Maker

Bruce has been a Boiler Maker with Little Industries since 1997. He grew up in the goldfields and lived there until he relocated to Perth to work in our Welshpool workshop in 2005. He handles wild snakes and other reptiles, often helping out neighbours who find any reptiles in their backyards.
Tom Watson
Mechanic

An experienced mechanic and an avid speedcar driver, Tom lives and breathes speedway. Don't let Tom's slender physic fool you, there isn't much that can get between this man and food.
Bryan Reid
Apprentice Boiler Maker

Bryan is the only employee based in Welshpool that did not come from Kalgoorlie. He is in his last year of a Boiler making apprenticeship.
Ron Godenzi
Panel Beater
WELSHPOOL
Ron is a panel beater by trade and learnt his craft in the 1960's in Kalgoorlie at the local Ford dealer, Westland Autos. He now spends his time bringing vintage FX and FJ Holden's back to life. Some of his handy work will soon appear on the upcoming "Old Holden" section of the website.

Operations Manager

Clint has been in his current role of Operations Manager with Little Industries since 1997. Previous to this role Clint has worked in various earth moving fields and as a road train operator, working with Little Industries since 1991. Living in Kambalda since the early 1970's, he enjoys his work and is a regular at the gym and the squash court.

Crusher Operator

Bryan has been working for Little Industries since 1985 when he came over from New Zealand. He works with Kevin at the crushing plant as a Plant Operator and rides his Harley whenever he gets a chance.
Kevin Anderson
Crushing Supervisor
KAMBALDA
Kevin has been with Little Industries since 1989. He can be found at the crushing plant most days in his role as Production Supervisor. Kevin grew up in Koorda in the WA Wheat Belt; his father owned a mechanical business. He worked on a farm for ten years after finishing school before moving to the Goldfields. He has two daughters and loves to watch Drag Racing.
Dave Searle
Truck Driver

As our longest serving employee Dave has been driving the Little Fleet for almost 25 years. He lives in Kalgoorlie and loves to see the Eagles flog any other AFL team.
Paul Turner
Fitter
KAMBALDA
Paul has been working as a Fitter for Little Industries since 1998. Growing up in Kalamunda, he worked in Kalamunda and Midland before relocating to Kambalda and has been living locally since. He spends time with his 4 children and has a passion for waterskiing.
Ray Tunbridge
Truck Driver
KAMBALDA
Ray moved from Esperance to Kambalda in July of 2007 initially to drive our T30 road train, and now drives our T28 tri-drive usually delivering our quarry products all over the Eastern Goldfields region.
Alf Armer

Alf moved from Mt Gambier in South Australia to drive our T30 road train undertaking ore haulage in the Kambalda area. He brings a wealth of experience from many years in the transport industry.
